Animations

Through these different projects, I’ve developed my skills in animation by experimenting with different styles, techniques, and workflows. I’ve learned how to bring ideas to life through motion, focusing on timing, pacing, and visual storytelling. Working across different types of animation has helped me understand how design and movement work together, and has pushed me to keep improving and refining my process with every project.

  • Title Screen Animation

This animation shows my personal style and what I enjoy creating as a designer. I combined street inspired visuals with a custom character built from traced clothing to create smooth, natural movement. The piece uses elements like brick textures, neon lighting, and my RK9 logo to reflect my identity. It brings everything together at the end by highlighting my name, creating a strong final impression.

Bad Creatures Ep.1 - Mission Impausible

I created a short animation called Bad Creatures Episode 1 Mission Impausible. It uses a South Park inspired style with simple shapes and movement to keep it efficient while still engaging. The story follows a group of unique creatures with different personalities, using humour and timing to drive the animation. Overall, it showcases my ability to combine storytelling, design, and animation techniques into a cohesive final piece.

    ON Running - Clock Animation

I created a wayfinding and promotional campaign for On Running at Southern Cross Station. The goal was to design signage and advertisements that guide commuters while promoting the brand and leading them to a pop up store. I used a clean, minimal style with strong typography, neutral colours, and directional elements to create a clear, modern system that reflects On’s identity and connects navigation with brand storytelling.
